今天着实惊魂了一把。
我的 shu.fm 域名明天3月5日到期。今天打开Godaddy却在我的products下找不到 shu.fm 这个域名了。最后在All My Domains中找到了 shu.fm ，可是它的状态显示为Pending Expiration，点进去后，手动renew，却弹框显示无法续费，因为它处于ineligible status。
我去，这些冷门域名幺蛾子还真多！听过有要提前一段时间续费的说法的。anyway，我得赶紧找客服了。
点开Godaddy页脚部分的Godaddy Support，打开客户支持页面。选择『Product Support』和『Domains』后，呈现以下页面。
以前我会选择提交一封ticket，等待他们给我处理就好了。不过还有一天过期了，我就选择Chat with Support了。
排队等了一会后，终于到我了。大概跟客服巴拉巴拉说了一遍我的情况，『I find my SHU.FM domain that can't be renewed. but its expires date is 5/3/2014.』『I want to keet it.』之类的。
客服帮我查了一下，然后说没啥问题，已经把我的域名续费放到cart里了。
我一看，果然如此，顺手去网上搜了个promote code。.FM域名大概只有订单总额优惠的优惠码能用了吧。我只找到一个优惠20%的优惠码『DJOFF20』管用。即使如此.FM续费也要71.99美金了。
今年怎么说也要把这个域名和主机钱给赚回来啊！
补：在.FM域名说明中有提到了续费问题：
If we cannot auto-renew the domain name and you do not manually renew it by the 20th of the month prior to the expiration date, it must be redeemed. There might be a fee for the redemption. See Recovering Expired Domain Names for instructions on the redemption.
